This vet is great they are open 7 days a week, so no need to worry if anything comes up they are there...everyone so nice and Brenda Bouffard is the vet to see she always has time to listen to all your concerns, she never rush's you out, that’s why I love this Animal Hospital.nnI no longer go to this vet; they changed owners. They are no longer a hospital; they do not see hurt pets ( this is why I choose this vet.) They now have a new owner, they not very nicely told me to go somewhere else; if they had taken the time to talk to me as a person in a panic because my pet needed to be seen, it would have been a lot better, but that is not how it went. I should have known I needed an appointment my dog was due for a shot in about a month, but I couldn't get in to see the vet for three months
I love this place! I was a customer back in the 90's with my two kitties. I was recently adopted by Miss Kitty from Northeast Animal Shelter. It was a surprise to see that Dr. Brenda was still there but no surprise that she is still wonderful with the animals. The staff is also great!
My dog, Cooper, was in yesterday (9/11/19) for a dental cleaning. I have been a client for over 10 years with both of my dogs. We have always received excellent care, sincere attention and compassion every time we are there and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my beloved dogs. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, attentive, patient, compassionate and genuinely committed to giving each animal they see with the best possible care. Dr Bouffard is exceptional.
We have always used this Animal Hospital for all of our Vets. I love the doctors and staff. They care about all their patients, explain everything clearly, and provide options for everything. I feel assured that my loved ones are in the best hands and get the best care from qualified professionals, which gives me peace of mind every time I go.
Staff is friendly and reassuring, spoke to the nicest girl named Liz who gave me the upmost confidence that my best friend was being well taken care of
