So first if all this was not my pups normal vet but after are visit it will be. I was blown away by the entire experience, was able to call and explain the issue, AND get a same day appointment. Once there everyone was super nice and helpful to both me and my pup and the vet took the time to explain everything I needed to know and answered questions. I'm beyond impressed and will be back.

The employees of this office are extremely friendly, professional and actually take their time to listen. We weren’t pushed through the appointment as though they couldn’t wait to get rid of us. My questions and concerns were answered and addressed. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of care our Yorkie received from Christopher Knopp D.V.M. as well as the staff. Highly recommended.

Took our cat in for blood work and x-rays for possible cancer. Blood work appointment wasn't great, it took two individuals multiple sticks in 3 different locations before they could even hit a vein. Which as far as ability to take blood goes is simply pathetic. Today we did xrays and confirmed cancer so it's just about keeping her comfortable. We also had our dog looked at for dementia and an ear infection. The only thing that they wanted to talk about was quality of life and to think about when we would have to make the call but they weren't even going to give me medicine for the ear infection. Then we only got a medicated wash not an antibiotic like our last vet prescribed before we moved here. Quality of life is firstly about keeping them comfortable not just implying it's not worth worrying about. Not thrilled with this vet office but it was the only one that would let me go in with them. If not for that I wouldn't have even gone back today. Any job worth doing is worth doing well, apparently some haven't been made aware of this.

They were amazing. We did not have an appointment (and never been there before) but they got us in and out in under an hour on a Saturday with amazing care! Dr Nesmith is also super sweet and helpful. We will definitely be switching our vet after this experience

New to the area and couldn't be more pleased with the services of this veterinary hospital. From the moment I called til I left the parking lot, the service was professional and extremely courteous. I was impressed with the time Dr. spent with my Labrador Savannah and myself. I've told all my neighbors who are pet owners and they said they will certainly try them out. I told them I would be shocked if they didn't come to the same conclusion I have. They're GREAT!
