An incredible practice, Dr. Gallagher is amazing and every staff member I have interacted with has been so kind. Your pet will be in good hands, my dog happily goes into their clinic with her tail wagging and that has never happened anywhere else! Will never go anywhere else
I can't say enough great things about the staff at the New England Veterinary Clinic. They are so incredibly friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any and all questions. My wife and I are first time dog owners, and they've been so great about helping with any help issues. He's a young dog, so he gets into quite a bit, so we've had to make a few trips and they instantly make us feel at ease. We have also boarded him on a few occasions (including a 2-week stay during our honeymoon), and they took great care of him. We couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
I had an unfortunate experience here yesterday with my dog. He was in a lot of pain after getting his nail caught and it nearly ripped out. I brought him in so the vet could help make him more comfortable but instead treated him (removed his nail) without pain meds or anything, putting him through more agony. I’m very upset about the whole experience and will think twice before bringing my dogs back to this vet. Dr. Masland was the vet who treated my dog and she showed no remorse or empathy when I shared that I was very concerned with how he was treated. Unfortunately with COVID, I wasn’t able to go in with him and control the situation. I only found out about the treatment after the fact - and then was charged nearly $300.
Always a pleasure dealing with the vets and animal professionals. Very compassionate and professional.
They were so kind and I have a cat who can be quite a handful. Very efficient and good care
