Wish I could give this place a 0/5. There is never anyone working there to help with any issues someone could be having. I almost missed my flight at Logan because none of the machines from which you buy tickets were working and there were no employees around to help. I decided to just hop over the scanner and never look back.

My phone fell in between the stairs after the elevator and the staff was very helpful to find the door that unlocks the space under the stairs. Joe or John (I can't remember exactly because I was so much under stress at the time about my phone) went above and beyond to help me even though it was not his duty to do so. I am forever greatful for the help! Best staff ever and thank you again!!!

The giant glass tower attached to the multi-level parking garage at this location is impressive. It's a wonderful station in a wonderland.

Easy accessible train station. Visible from main street. There is a transportation representative there during the day. Easy access to all buses.
