I’ve been running around all day to find English lavender (I would have settled for any lavender), and I went to three different stores to find it. When we pulled up to George’s, he couldn’t let us in because of the pandemic and because it was such a small store, but he was full-service at the side door and pointed us in the direction of exactly where the lavender was. You could tell he was smiling under his mask and he made really friendly chit-chat, it was clear he hadn’t seen any customers all day. Safety precautions are in full swing here, and it’s safe and welcoming. Thank you for your amazing customer service! You were today’s hero!
Exquisite arrangements that compare with any florist in the area--including Boston. Flowers are healthy and long lasting and the staff is lovely. I have used George's for numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. Always amazed at the creativity and care that goes into each arrangement. The greenhouse is always full of great plants (flowers, veggies, etc.)for summer gardens and the main house if filled with beautiful statues, charming accents and artwork. It all makes for a lovely visit, a little escape, in addition to the flower purchase.
Great owner and reasonable prices. Will be coming back.
