On short notice they were able to put together a beautiful arrangement for my dad's wake. Very easy to work with and the pricing was better than expected. I would highly recommend.
We ordered 4 arrangements for my aunt's funeral. They did a beautiful job! I especially liked the heart and the sacred garden spray that we custom ordered. Our order was somewhat complicated and everyone was so accomodating. No issues.
I ordered flowers for my Grandmother's wake and I was not impressed by the presentation of the sprays, the colors or the sizes. We asked for a specific casket spray that was on her website (which cost almost $300), and what she delivered was not what was shown on the website. The flowers were dark, and dying, and the bouquet was not as full as it should have been. We ordered 2 standing sprays and the flowers on those were also dying and multiple flowers fell out. Also, the sashes that were supposed to be elegantly spread across the arrangements were actually short and narrow ribbons attached to a bow with the lettering glued on. The words were also larger than the ribbon and the wording was not visible. I am upset because we were trying to honor our loved one and we spent a fortune and we were disappointed in Lorraine's job. She receives one star because the flowers were on time.
My friends sent me flowers from here. They were beautiful! And lasted almost 2 weeks.
I have had my flowers since May 9th for Mother’s Day & they are still in great condition!
