Not very happy with the service. I ordered a bouqet last week for Valentine’s Day. The delivery lady called me saying she had tipped the flowers over and they had to redo them, I understand that, but then the flowers were never delivered and no one called to tell me that they would be delivered later today or tomorrow. Poor communication. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.
