I live in Ohio and I wanted to send the biggest and most beautiful bouquet of flowers to a family member in Virginia. I found Janie’s Country Gallery Florists on Google. I chose this flower shop because it had excellent reviews. I spoke with Janie and explained to her what I was looking for in a flower arrangement. She even let me text message her a picture of the arrangement that I had in mind. When Janie was done with my order to send to my family member, she text messaged me a picture of the arrangement. I was shocked, this flower arrangement went above and beyond my expectation, it was breathtaking. She finished the arrangement and delivered it to my family member on the day that she promised that she would. I would recommend Janie’s Country Gallery Florists to anybody who is looking to get the perfect flower Arrangement.
Recently posted unsatisfactory review. Should have contacted Janie first. She has kindly replaced the order with one dozen beautiful red roses with her compliments! Very professional and reputable.
Won’t answer the phone
We called at closing time and wanted to order flowers for a friend and her family. The owner answered and took her time.She took care of us and was very nice, with her recommendation, being we called from out if state. We highly recommend her service. Thank you Janie ❤
