Yesterday was my Mother's Birthday & also first birthday after the unexpected death of her husband & I called from out of state & said I wanted 1 white rose in center & springy happy flowers around it. The white rose was suppose to represent my Dad. I was happy that flowers got delivered on same day when ordered, & flowers were pretty, BUT disappointed that there was not a single white rose...the whole reason why I even wanted to send her flowers ud83dude1e. $40 for not what I ordered or wanted for my Mother's Birthday.

needed flowers delivered right away. Called them and they delivered the same day. I’m from Texas and had a mishap with an online venue. Mother in laws birthday was today and her flowers were not going to be delivered til tomorrow. The lady at this place said she would deliver to my MIL today. Sweet lady and awesome customer service. I thank them so much for saving me! Will def use them again!

I ordered birthday flowers for my Mom from this florist. They missed her on an attempt to deliver. I called them and was told the delivery person had gone home for the day. I told them today was her birthday and they made sure she got them today on her special day. She was very pleased with her flowers. Even though I live out of state I will continue to use Kim's for all my floral needs in Richlands.
