To say that my expectations were exceeded is an understatement. Lisa and her team at The Rosy Posy are incredible! Despite having a more scaled back, intimate wedding due to COVID, Lisa never once made me feel like I was a second priority or that she was skipping corners to help bring some floral magic to our wedding day. Her responsiveness, caring nature, attention to detail, and willingness to partner are unmatched in her industry. She genuinely made me feel like she cared about how our wedding turned out, not just completing a job. Not to mention, I've never seen more perfect or beautiful floral creations in my life. Her work is absolutely spectacular and her kindness is so appreciated. If you have the chance to, I couldn't encourage you more to work with Lisa and The Rosy Posy!!

Rosy posy does not give great customer service see from my moms post(Melissa Faett) below and how they responded that is how to not deal with current and future customers. If you can’t handle bad reviews or criticism maybe you shouldn’t own a business in the first place.

I was refused any kind of refund, claiming the cancellation policy doesn't apply because of postponing my daughters wedding due to the pandemic. The whole amount of the contract was paid over a year ago. No options given! Will never ever recommend this company. If she is booked for the fall and coming winter why can't I get my money back? So will she be giving me my money's worth in flowers?

One word: AMAZING!nI called from out of state and needed to find someone to make a custom flower arrangement for a funeral. Not only did she get back to me quickly, she made it happen and met our budget! It turned out amazing and I couldn't be happier! Thank you!

AWFUL! Stay away at all cost. My wedding was canceled due to Covid. EVERY SINGLE vendor that we had contracted with provided full refunds since the wedding was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances EXCEPT Rosy Posy. Lisa refused to refund or provide any options for us. She was extremely insensitive, rude and down right mean to us about the cancelled wedding. My only advice would be to shop around to other florist because this place is terrible and beyond rude. HER RESPONSE BELOW IS FALSE and INACCURATE! THE BOTTOM LINE IS SHE IS THE ONLY VENDOR THAT DID NOT REFUND THE DEPOSIT DUE TO COVID. SHE ALSO DELETED MY ONLINE CONTRACT SO THAT I WAS UNABLE TO REFER BACK TO IT.
