Connie was very helpful with me today . I bought flowers over the phone as I am from Canada I wanted to send my mother some flowers because she live in Woodbridge second time I've used Flower Box and have nothing to complain about. They even had my info still from when I order afew years back . Thank you Connie !! And your staff for putting a smile on my mother face when she receives the flowers to her door ud83dude01.

I spoke with Mary about a fruit basket to be delivered to our neice. Mary was very helpful and friendly. Mary gave us wonderful service.nA beautifully wrapped fruit basket was delivered. The fruit was delicious! Mary added other yummy treat to the basket also.nThank you so much! We highly recommend the flower box!

I wish I could give them a better review. So far the online order placed, via another company, the flowers recieved from this place were not what was pictured. The flowers are lovely but the flowers they substituted were the main reason the arrangement was ordered to begin with. Maybe it's due to COVID19 but other florists do not seem to have the same issue.

Their online reviews looked pretty good. I called from SC and asked for a colorful, kitty-friendly bouquet for my grandmother who lives in VA. The person on the phone was helpful and friendly and took my order fast and efficiently. They sent a custom, bright, beautiful, bouquet to her door next day. Customer service is stellar and the florist(s) is/are very clearly talented. Definitely a good choice.
