Recently adopted a shelter pup and moved into the area. I gave them a call and was able to set up an appointment within the same week. Everyone I talked with including the veterinarian were nice, professional, and responded quickly to all my questions. This is my pups new vet and I am happy with my choice!
The doctor we have been working with honestly seems to care about his animal patients. He is friendly, explains everything, and doesn’t oversell. We weren’t unhappy with our previous vet but made the switch because Towne Animal Clinic was able to do a costly surgery at a more affordable rate. The scheduling/drop off system is a little unusual, but not problematic, and I assume it allows more animals to be seen and treated in a single day. Captain Jack has healed nicely and is doing so much better!
From the time you speak with the always helpful and professional front office staff to the time you pick up your pet, it is always a pleasant experience. The whole staff and doctors have been super patient throughout the covid19 pandemic even with the extra work of taking your pet in and out of the building no matter the time or weather. My dog Pip loves it there. I wouldn't think of taking him anywhere else.

In the hardest moment of my life of making the tough decision to say goodbye to my best friend, the entire staff couldn't have been more comforting. I will forever be grateful for the patience before and after and basically letting me take all the time I needed to say goodbye. There was an absolute feeling of compassion from all of them. I greatly appreciated them doing everything they could to make the situation easier on me.
