We've discovered Martin's Flowers about a year ago and have been using them since then. The folks there are friendly and helpful. You can see the care and quality they put into each of their arrangements. Today, I ordered a large floral arrangement around noon time, I expected it might be delivered later in the day, or even the next day, but Martin's delivered it within a few hours after I ordered it! That!!... is Service! Thank You Martin's!!
I ordered flowers for my significant other and decided the best route was to allow the florist to select an arrangement with a color in mind, so I said “peach if possible please”, on the special instructions. The florist arranged a beautiful color arrangement with peach roses, peach hydrangea, cream chrysanthemums and yellow daises, soft textured foliage, and some other great flowers I can’t recall their names.nnMy only regret is that I did not call to thank them in time as I was at work. The florist did a great job and the delivery arrived before 4, although I only ordered that morning. I was very impressed with the florist skill and selections.
You folks are always so amazing. You wait outside for my Nana to get home so flowers aren’t outside waiting, you put butterflies on sympathy flowers for my best friend when her grandmother passed, and create beautiful bouquets for everyone I’ve ordered to. Very nice place, super Friendly, helpful staff. They are so accommodating and have such lovely ideas when you’re undecided on what to get.
Definitely do not recommend using an order gathering wire florist, you get what you pay for. Severe attitude problems and aggressive bullying behavior. They use every scripted excuse in the book not to take any accountability for their actions. Will NEVER use them again to send my family flowers.
