I placed an order online and it was easy to place my order. I received quick notifications via text and email. I was called by the florist and he asked me some questions about the arrangement I ordered. He wanted to make sure that the arrangement was arranged to my liking. When I picked up the flowers they were beautiful better than I expected. I recommend this place and I will be going back!
Very rarely do i post reviews but the amazing customer service I received was top notch! Bespoke! The gentleman/head florist called me personally and managed to make my same-day delivery order in ONE hour! Will continue ordering from Gardelina for the foreseeable future!!
My words go beyond wow! I called and spoke with the florist and he was so wonderful to chat with. I described what I was looking for over the phone and well... let me just say he delivered on point. I am truly amazed about the customer service I received - exceptional! I told him my sister was sick and needed cheering up, and boy was my sister happy when she received the flowers. My sister told me they were the most gorgeous flowers that she has ever seen. The colors made me smile just looking at the photograph she took. In addition, I called to talk with the gentleman and spoke to his wife instead, and she had the same personality. Sweet people I must say! I would highly recommend this flower shop!
I was very impressed with the flower arrangement I ordered for a friend as well as the service in delivering the arrangement. I ordered a deluxe arrangement and the florist took special care to get the colors of flowers that I had requested. All flowers were very fresh.
I requested a delivery for my mother-in-law. I wanted a conversation piece; something so festive; an explosion of Christmas delight is how I described it. Gardelina Flowers did such a fantastic job providing exactly what I asked for. We all can't be together for the holidays so I wanted this arrangement to deliver some magic and entertainment and it certainly did. My mother in law loves it. We will be using Gardelina in Ashburn from this point forward. Thank you!
