I went here off a recommendation from a friend who liked them and they didn’t disappoint! Scheduling was quick and easy. Precautions for covid were taken, everyone was wearing a mask. You call when you arrive and the waiting room is in your own car (which I personally love), and they come to you, take your pup inside and treat them and then bring back to your car. Silver-lining, no more long waits at the vet in an uncomfortable chair or terrible office music, no more worrying if your dog is going to see another dog and freak out or try to play in the office. The vet calls to let you know the breakdown and your options for moving forward with treatment. It was clear communication (unlike in the vet office when I’m distracted by my dog wanting to leave. It was a little pricey but my dog had some serious issues with his ears and allergies and we got him a allergy shot, let me tell you...it WORKED!!! My poor dog is relieved of his tireless scratching I wish I would have done it sooner! The receptionist called and I was able to pay right over the phone with my credit card which was easy and awesome. I would definitely recommend!

We have taken all our litters here. We love working with everyone and they are great. They fell in love with our last 12 puppies like every other litter. We'll be back! I can't even blame them for asking permission to take pictures of the puppies. Not only do they ask, what dog owner or lover can not melt over a puppy!
This the only Vet we trust! We used to see doctor bailey who was located in New Baltimore but we had a horrible experience with him.nnPiedmont pets does the best job with all of our animals, which is why we trust them and will continue to use them.
I write down appointment times at the time of scheduling, yet on more than one occasion I would show up at my time and be accused of being late in a nasty tone. I of course disagreed but that was shrugged off. I once asked the receptionist then why don't they confirm appointments like most places. Was literally told they don't have time to do that. I also felt like some of the vets were a bit condescending. Perhaps because they thought I was late? Idk, but I finally left. I'm at Clevengers Corner now, the vets there are really friendly and hey, never been accused of being late ANYWHERE else!! lol
