I have used Edible Arrangements several times in the past. (Only this location) I have always been pleased with the product and service. I had a problem this past Christmas with a basket being delivered late in the day (Past 5PM) to a business. Everyone I wanted to enjoy the basket had left for the day. I called the store and spoke with Gloria. Gloria was wonderful!!! She understood the issues and sent out another arrangement the next day! Problem solved! I will continue to recommend them and use them to receive outstanding product and service!

My great grandmother passed and I ordered an arrangement for my grandmother (her daughter) and while she did receive it, she did not receive the card that I paid for and that she would have loved (also she didn’t even know it was from me because they didn’t leave any card…) fast forward three days later (because they never answered the phone) I got an employee on the line and explained what happened. Besides the girl sounding young and extremely rude, i was told someone would call me same day for a resolution… it’s been like another 3 days and no call, email, or anything. The card was only 6 dollars but it’s the principle and they did absolutely nothing about it. thankfully my grandmother still loved it, but i highly recommend just going to a different location!

It's a shame that a company or business cant pull through when you need them most. I placed an order on the 11th expecting it to be delivered on valentine's day.. maybe I should've ordered sooner.. or maybe that day shouldn't be an option for delivery if it cant be made.. nevertheless it's more upsetting that I placed this order on a special day for my significant other and after a day of working at a retirement home handing out gifts for her co workers from loved ones and residents from their loved ones she never got to see the one I ordered for her. Especially when you pay a premium.. the policy states if it's a business the delivery will be made by 5 pm or the next available day... I would expect a phone call if the delivery cant be made.. but I didn't get one until 9pm that night from a driver saying that he's outside.. helpful right? I just expect a refund I cant get through to the store because I assume I'm not the only one with this issue... I'll pay the 200 bucks for nice fruit baskets but never from here again.

I live in North Carolina and wanted to send my son an Edible Arrangements for his birthday. This place did an excellent job. My son said the cheesecake box with chocolate dipped fruit was yummy and the cookies and the dark chocolate popcorn drizzled was yummy. Just wanted to say thank you for being their for me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PARTICULAR STORE IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered an item 5/7 and scheduled to pick it up on 5/10. I called to make sure my arrangement was ready and was greeted with a voicemail saying that they were sold out of everything and orders will be ready for pickup on 5/12. Okay, fine, I understand it was Mother’s Day and things get busy. On 5/12 I called to see if could pick up the order but again, there was no answer, only a greeting. This was an inconvenience because now I’m at work and I just can't leave work and hope that my gift was ready. And guess what? It wasn’t ready. I had my sister go there on 5/13 to pick up the arrangement and the lady told her, “oh yeah, we had it, but you didn’t come pick it up,” and just stared at her as though it was her fault that it wasn’t picked up. Well how was I supposed to know it was ready? I received no call, no email, smoke signal, no nothing!! My sister scheduled with the lady to return at 9:30am on 5/14. Well, here it is Thursday, 5/14 @ 9:30am and the lady told her it’s not ready and that infuriated my sister. Not only was the order supposed to ready on Sunday, but now it’s Wednesday and it’s still not ready?!! The customer service this lady gave is unacceptable. An apology goes a long way, but she did not seem to care at all that she inconvenienced us. All she had to say with a smile was, “I apologize for this inconvenience, but we just got extremely busy that it became hard for us to keep up.” That’s it!! Very simple, very easy. This particular store is not close by. The reason I chose it was because it was the only one open for pickup on 5/10 according to the website. For them to completely ignore phone calls is also unacceptable. I will never order edible arrangements ever again. I don’t care what the occasion or non-occasion is, NEVER AGAIN!! And yes, my sister finally cursed the lady out because she did not care about our order or the inconvenience this has caused. Sidenote – I was refunded $14.21. My order was $54.48.
