I love this place. Sometimes I just come to walk around and smell the flowers. The employees are so friendly and helpful.
Called them in the morning for a same day delivery for my Mom's 91st Birthday. The bouquet was delivered at 2pm, my mom was surprised, a nd they made her day.
I guess ok, never went there.
Adorable shop, homey atmosphere, and great selection of plants!! Made my day very bright! ud83cudf1eud83cudf3bnnPs. The guy that helped me had long, beautiful black hair and was quite funny! ...inside joke ud83eudd23 (and, yes, this is the type of place you can get an inside joke after 10 minutes, your first visit).
Wow, I am so impressed with Shenandoah Garden Spot. I tried to place an online order through a third-party provider for Mother’s Day, but the order was never received at Shenandoah Garden Spot. When I called to inquire, I spoke with the owner, Greg. Even though he never got the order, he went out of his way to deliver a beautiful hanging basket to my mom on Mother’s Day. She said it was even more gorgeous than the cut flower arrangement I had tried to send her. And Greg did all of that without any guarantee that he would ever receive payment from the third-party website where I had placed the order. It is customer service like that which deserves to be rewarded. I am a loyal customer for life. Thank you, Shenandoah Garden Spot!
