Ordered a Christmas wreath for my dad's gravesite with a request to have an American flag incorporated into it. They did an amazing job. When I came to pick it up she was out delivering so she offered to deliver it to my hotel. They went above and beyond for me.

There is never anyone there and they won't answer the phone or return a call

Ordered flowers for a funeral on April 8,2020. The flowers was not delivered. After multiple attempts and messages to the flower shop I have gotten no response about this. They take your money quickly but will not respond when you get nothing for that money. Was a total rip off for me. Shameful that they do people this way.

I’ll start out saying I’m an understanding person and I wasn’t going to give a bad review until the next day my husband showed me photos of the arrangement he ordered in comparison to the one I received. He placed an order for a Valentines arrangement on 2/13 that ensured next day delivery to my place of work the total around $60 which was fine. He also noted my work hours were 7am-3pm. The arrangement didn’t show up until late evening AFTER my shift had ended no calls, no explanation, no apology, nothing! Not only did he pay X amount of fees for a delivery he had to pick up himself but the arrangement I received wasn’t that of a tasteful florist. It was very small, the arrangement ordered had 5-6 different types of flowers only 1 matched what I received, the flowers had no artistry behind them just thrown into a vase I had to rearrange them myself just to get a presentable photo, white flowers weren’t at all in the order but were used, the bow wasn’t even a bow just a loop of ribbon on a stem, the vase basic, clear and attached was a foam heart sticker cheaply done, what I received wasn’t worth what my husband paid but the worst part was watching him be upset over something he had no control over! No more than $10 could’ve went into the cost of making this arrangement it’s now Day 3 having them and all but a few are already dead.nnBottom line some of her arrangements look great others not and no reliability on delivery so be willing to take a risk ordering here otherwise I wouldn’t recommend.

Have always had excellent arrangements when ordering from Sandy's. They go out of their way to provide fantastic service. They are my go to florist when I need flowers sent.
