When my mom passed away Jeff, Dana and the staff were right there handling every detail. I love the home-like atmosphere of the funeral home; it is a beautiful building with intricate detail and the grounds are perfectly manicured. I cannot thank Jeff and Dana enough for their compassion and professionalism. They made a very sad and heart breaking time for our family one that was much more bearable. My mom looked beautiful as she had in her younger years and totally at peace. Thank you so much Jeff, Dana and staff.
Jeff and his staff are genuinely caring and compassionate. When my dad passed away Jeff was right there and was extremely attentive to every detail. We planned for a closed casket; however, after seeing how wonderful my dad looked we decided to leave it open. I cannot express how grateful I am to Jeff and everyone at F.S. Roberts & Son for all they did to help lighten our burden at such a difficult time.
