Great customer service! They have everything you could possibly imagine for starting and maintaining your own koi pond. The staff has Incomparable knowledge and advice for all of your water gardening needs. I've also appreciated their honesty when the opportunity has arisen to upsell. They steer you in the direction of what is the right product rather than trying to get you to spend extra money.
Only realized this store was focused on water gardens once we got there but it was a happy surprise! Don’t have a water garden but it was a delight to watch the koi, especially the butterfly koi. They also had some tropicals when I visited in October, with very good prices on figs and pothos. Would definitely stop here again!
The staff was so very helpful and helped educate us a lot. They did not try to sell us stuff we did not need. Very honest people are working here. They have the best inventory and the best customer service. We drove over an hour to get there and it was well worth it.
