Bradford Animal Hospital helped us care for our beloved baby, Kitty, in the final stages of her glorious life. Having to say goodbye was the hardest moment of my life, but I can't say enough of the entire staff's efforts across all of our visits. They made every effort to help us do right by Kitty and made that ultimate misery and decision as copable as possible. We'll be in mourning for a while, but when we're ready to have fuzzy friends again we'll bring them exclusively to BAH.
This place is THE place for my cats. Super friendly and they take the time to explain what is going on. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
The professional guidance which was on point and great attitude of the employees made for an excellent customer experience. These folks are truly caring and committed to their patients overall health. Would encourage folks in the Merrimack valley to consider bringing your pets here.
They have cared for out pets for almost 20 years and have always been thorough and used common sense in treating any issues. And always with a smile. Would not want to go anywhere else for our dogs and cats.
My Sugar Man was in distress it came on so suddenly 5:00 on a rainy dark Friday evening Dr maxman not only agreed to see my baby after hours but did so cheerfully and very welcoming He was so wonderfuly kind I was a wreck crying and so upset! Dr maxman has such a calming reassuring manner. My cat had a punctured lung and a high white blood cell count He took care of my baby boy and me as well with such compassion! he also called me immediately the next morning with the X-ray and lab results and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. I recommend Bradford animal hospital in the highest degree! The staff was wonderful as well of course everyone wants to go home when the day is over at 5:00 but I was never made to feel as though I was an inconvenience to them. Patty one of the staff members treated me so kindly gave me a glass of water and tissues and much reassurance. On our return visit this morning Melissa could not have been kinder and really took her time to explain how to administer the medications what to look out for etc God bless Dr maxman and his wonderful staff words cannot express how grateful I am that they took such excellent care of my boy!
