Flowers were beautiful! Customer service was awesome!nI ordered flowers from another vendor to be delivered on my mother’s birthday, after they called me on the day of delivery and said they have to cancel because of a big funeral order that came in ... I mean can they do that even though I ordered???nThey even called after the delivery to make sure my mom was happy! Which she wasnThank you so much for saving the day! I will always use Nyback’s flowers from now on!

Ordered a nice arrangement for 75$ but got probably 30-40$ worth, most being filler flowers with 5 roses.. Flowers appeared old as well. I always want to support local but I will not be returning here.

My husband surprised me with a beautiful arrangement of flowers for our anniversary from Nybacks. I love the flowers, the look gorgeous and are very fresh. They smell amazing and I have had them for 3 days and they show no signs of wilting. I like how they added both blooming and un-bloomed lilies so I can enjoy my flowers longer. The only reason I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 if because my husband said the delivery was delayed 2 times and the price for this arrangement was very expensive.

If I could give a '0' I would.nWe paid over $500 for 3 arrangements for a funeral. We only got two of them and one of the two didn't arrive until the funeral was over, over 3 hours after they were supposed to be delivered.nThe flowers were already wilting and one of them was a small arrangement that was supposed to go next to the casket and it was supposed to be as tall as the casket, even on the stand, or a little taller. The one we got was less than two feet tall and the stand was a cheap wire stand, not the sturdy stand in the picture they showed us.nWhat makes it worse is that this disgusting, pathetic company wouldn't give any of our money back or even acknowledge they didn't give us what we wanted when we wanted it.
