I have been using for years as the flowers are nice and delivered on time.nnIsaac is very friendly and provides good customer service. (I don't think he works there anymore)nnOver the last several years they have changed owners and customer service by the newer owner is poor. Wife has recommended I purchase her flowers elsewhere...and that says a lot! :)

i have had real bad luck ordering flowers for people out of state before so this time i went on who had the best reviews in Klamath Falls and Roses are Red was the one and I am so glad I did. The service was great and the bouquet was very nice. This was my 4th year using roses are red for Valentines Day and once again I was very well taken care of and the lady I sent the flowers to loved them. Thank you again..

We asked that an arrangement be put together for our grandmothers Birthday. Due to COVID-19 we were not able to visit. We asked Michelle to select something she felt appropriate and gave her a budget to work with. I’ve truly not seen a more thoughtful and exquisite bouquet. Thank you for putting your all into it.
