Erickson Floral Company

I stood at the register ready to check-out for a while and was completely ignored by an older gal right at the counter. She glanced at me several times but didn't help me or call any of the 3 other employees that were there to check me out. She FINALLY asked me if I was ready and a younger gal who was really friendly finally checked me out. The shop itself is cute and has nice plants and good gift items. However, I was disappointed at the lack of customer service from the older gal.

I was sent a floral arrangement from Erickson’ Floral Co. for my birthday. It was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received and after a week it still looked wonderful.

Extremely friendly family business! I go to Erickson Floral Company multiple times a month. They have a wonderful selection of plants, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

They do not keep track of orders! Called me the day before it was supposed to be picked up to say they sold the vase I ordered to someone else! Nice Christmas surprise..
