Not only did Rick at Wild Wind Floral call me back in 5 minutes (which was 2 hours before they opened on Saturday), but he took my order easily, and was very friendly! They made a beautiful arrangement for my sisters birthday, as well as delivered it a few hours later! I had been trying all those same day national flower delivery services on the web, as I live in Texas, but those services don’t same day deliver in Florence Montana!! Thanks Wild Wind, you made my day, and better yet, you made my big sister Kathy’s birthday even better.

Very rude on the phone. My husband's grandmother was in hospice care and we called to see if we could get some flowers delivered. We were treated very rude on the phone. In a time when your loved one is passing away you shouldn't have to deal with that I'm very dissapointed.

They went out of their way to make the bouquet for my granddaughter special.nDelivered a gorgeous arrangement for an under the sea party. Thank you.

Cancelled order via email. Said arrangement wasn't available basic lilies, would have liked to discuss alternatives. Didn't answer phone when called. Toll free number doesn't work.
