Everything was perfect!-easy online ordering, and great phone call follow up--the arrangement was delivered on time with notification, and was just beautiful!
What a delight to work with this wonderful establishment!! Jennifer replied to my contact email; which I sent as I'm on the East Coast, so time differences were a factor, and - based on my sparse guidance - helped create the most AMAZING arrangement for my sister's Golden birthday!! They even went the extra mile to find her at my nephew's sporting event and delivered just before they went home themselves. This business is a true gift to Jackson Hole and all its residents!! This is a fake company that will fraudulently steal your money. I've been in the phone for hours now trying to get my money from these thieves
Let me just start off by saying that I would recommend floral art to anyone!! This review is for services for a wedding they provided flowers for, but I have bought flowers and gotten advice on the care of plants from here as well. My wife knew exactly the colors that we wanted and they have an easy to use form to let them know all the information they need. the communication was speedy and professional, and after we got the original quote with flower types and everything we wanted a few changes, and they were more than happy to accommodate! They offer delivery but I picked them up the morning of the wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous! Every bouquet and boutonniere was perfect!
Great products, great service - Ian was wonderful! Thanks for the professional help in sending long-distance flowers. I really appreciated the email confirmation that the order was delivered. Will definitely use them again!!
