Absolutely horrible service. I will never get over how they treated myself and my friend. I ordered flowers for a grieving friend, and they were not like anything I had ordered so I called to complain and they went over to my grieving friends house and demanded the flowers back. What is the point of that? Now these flowers had to be thrown away and were contaminated unless they re-sold them. I mean I have never heard of such a thing who does that to somebody? And yes it was this company I have the receipt. All she wanted to do was argue. And yes there are issues with the website because I tried to go through their website for help. And when you try to call nobody ever answers.

I had an amazing experience with this company.In the middle of a snowstorm the day before Valentines I received a stunning custom arrangement that has wowed all my family and friends. Thank you so much Diana and company.

I called Designs by Diana & Company, and asked to have a arrangement delivered to my sister in law. It was beautiful!! My sister in law is always pleased with her bouquets and raves and raves over them each time. We have used them many times, and always recommend this shop to our friends in the area as well. They always go above and beyond and will try to do things also at the last minute for us as well. I feel they are the best in the valley!! Thank you so much for your specialty service and on time deliveries and creative arrnagements you make for me!!

Diana did a beautiful job on my Mother’s funeral flowers. Showed us pictures before, to see if we liked them or not. Very thoughtful.
