Peony & Petal Floral Design

I placed an order for a birthday bouquet that was supposed to be delivered on 6.30.2020. The flowers were not delivered that day. I called them back on 7.1.2020 and asked them what had happened. They said that there was a miscommunication and they didn't receive the order that I placed directly from their website. They were going to get them out that day. I was very understanding with them because I know things happen. I waited until Monday 7.6.2020, and the flowers STILL had not been delivered. I called again and they said they thought they had sent them out to be delivered with a courier that they use. They were going to make a special delivery that evening and also refund my money. I called today, 7.7.2020, still no flowers had been delivered. The birthday that I wanted to send flowers for is now 8 days ago. The money still has not been refunded either. After reading other reviews, it seems like it is a trend for this florist to take payment and never deliver the flowers. I would highly recommend not using this company for any of your flower needs EVER!!!! If I could have left zero stars I would have. They don't even deserve one!

My son called this florist and ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. Asked for $100 tropical bouquet and delivery on Mother’s Day. “”Specifies “BIG”. “No problem” he was told. The flowers arrived at 3:30, which isn’t so bad, but the arrangement was small, with 7 flowers in a cute ceramic pitcher.nThe flowers were cut so short, that the were falling out of the pitcher. 2 flowers died next day. Feel my son got ripped off. He probably should of ordered them earlier, but was assured it was not a problem. Feel bad that he didn’t get what he paid for.nTERRI ButlernHailey

Stolen money!nnThe worst experience with flowers. I bought flowers for my friend and they said it would be delivered the next day. After 12 days still no flowers or refund. I called and voicemail is full. I text and she said she would refund.. still nothing. I can’t believe this place is even in briskness. Go somewhere else

SCAM / RIPOFF / DO NOT USE!nWe ordered flowers in June of 2020 to be delivered as a surprise for a family member. As time went on we “assumed” they had been delivered (we were charged for them). Then we ordered flowers again for a family member in July of 2020. When we visited we found out that not only did the family member NOT get the most recent flowers we were charged for but that they did not get the other ones back in June of 2020. Now they won’t answer their phone or return calls (let alone return money they stole for services that were never done).

I ordered two-dozen roses and chocolate from this business and had multiple phone conversations about the order. I was assured multiple times that the order would be delivered when promised. It was important. I followed up the day after to ensure everything went as planned and was told everything went as discussed. I checked my credit card and there was a debit to my account. But I found out that the delivery was never made. I AM LIVID!!! Do not do business with Peony & Petal. They are liars and cheats!!!
