My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary at Buffalo Thunder and Fairview created a beautiful assortment of purple roses. It was delivered to the hotel and placed in our room. They were absolutely beautiful and smelled great. Could not ask for a better product and service. Looking forward to our next purchase.
We purchased a spray and a rosary of small red roses for a casket. This was a last minute order and they came through for us during our time of grief. It was a beautiful arrangement and are very grateful for they're professionalism, consideration and kindness.
Excellent customer service. The employees are friendly and take extra care in making sure that you are provided with exactly what you need to bring a smile to the face of that special someone in your life whoever they may be.
Ordered bouquet for moms birthday. Got a standard bouquet. First off they didn’t have the vase in the picture and didn’t even bother to take off the original price for not having supplies. okay fine, i’ll take a regular. They were good with rescheduling delivery, but that’s about it. Next, payment was originally $35 then they didn’t even tell me that they would be adding another $20 for who knows what. NEVER MENTIONED IN THE TOTAL. OKAY NOW THE FLOWERS. WHAT A JOKE. half are fake greenery, the real part are dead sad flowers not at all what was pictured. They are sparse and I can guarantee this “bouquet” would cost $10 to put together. like not even close to being the same. I support small but when it is this terrible I have to warn others. Totally disgusted with their business and services.
Yesterday I received beautiful flowers from Fairview flowers. Today most of them are wilted or dead. I've called several times to get my flower situation addressed and no one answers the phone! Fairview Flowers horrible way to do business!!
