Horrible and very unprofessional experience! The establishment and employees are very unorganized. They messed up my order and sent two bouquets when I assured them I only needed one. The owner is aggressive and does very little to accommodate reimbursements and she charged my account for a bouquet I didn’t want. Do not recommend.
I got the daily special bouquet for my sister. They were fast and the bouquet is stunning!!! Would recommmend ordering here. They are a little pricy but you pay for what you get. Lady that helped me with the ordering was very nice as well.
Terrible experience, ordered an arrangement for my mother, what I had specifically ordered was not delivered. Instead it was an arrangement with cheap flowers that did not include the lilies or roses that were in the arrangement I had requested. When I contacted the owner she explained to me that her sales person did not follow protocol and made an arrangement as she saw fit. When I requested a refund she refused and hung up on me. I always support local business but in the case never again TERRIBLE customer service.
Best place to get flowers always good service
When they say substitution they don't mean just flowers, very rude. Will not be doing business with them again.
