I placed the order from another city, for a loved one in Taos. The online order was so easy. The delivery was available the same day, and the actual arrangement was even prettier than the already beautiful online photos. Enchanted Florist is amazing! They are incredibly accommodating and prompt. I placed my order over the phone and felt supported throughout the entire transaction; the owner even suggested adding a mylar balloon to the bouquet, and I appreciated that she suggested it without any pressure to purchase it. All went well -- my friend received her flowers and they were beautiful. Highly recommend!

After I ordered online, I immediately received a call from an employee. There was a problem with the delivery address and I’m in Ohio so I appreciated the immediate call. After getting the correct mailing address, I called back and they took care of everything from there. Highly recommend just from this experience and the customer service!
