Excellent florist! She works hard for her clients and does her best to do high quality floral arrangements at a fair price. She goes above and beyond and does not cut corners like many other florists do. Her flowers are fresh and arranged beautifully - I strongly recommend her!

She designed an arrangement for a funeral in April. It was last minute. We really loved the arrangement, and since it was last minute, we tipped her on top of her requested fee. I spoke with her at the time about possibly doing some engagement picture flower arrangements (like a mini bouquet and perhaps something small for my hair), and a couple of other smaller things throughout the year. She seemed interested. I call her about a week before Mother’s Day to see if she could do a bouquet for us (possibly 2). I let her know that I understood how busy the holiday is and if I was asking too late to just let me know (but over a week out, I felt like I was giving quite a bit of advanced notice, so if she couldn’t come through, I was sure I could find a different vendor, so it wasn’t a huge deal, she was just my first choice because I really like her work). I didn’t hear back. So I called back again a couple of days later and again didn’t hear back. So I texted and STILL didn’t get a call back. I mean, seriously, do you not want my business??? Because this is NOT how you treat repeat customers. I, in no way whatsoever feel like I’m a “high maintenance” customer because I feel like I deserve a call back- especially when I understood that I requested something last minute the first time round (which was out of my control because it was a funeral which is why I included the extra money to try to compensate for the time) and truly appreciated and valued the time spent for us. Plus, I had planned on being a decent customer to a loyal vendor. But I think a vendor should also be professional in return and at the very least call customers back within a 24hr time period. I was incredibly disappointed and won’t return. So, if you do use her, just know that there is a large “flake potential” associated with working with her. After seeing this, it would make me nervous about her getting arrangements finished on time- if ever a vendor doesn’t call back within that 24hr window put your guard up...it shows a lot about them and what working with them will be like. I’ve had far too many “nightmare” vendors who don’t communicate and they just aren’t worth the hassle- even if the work is good. There are a lot of good florists around...
