Absolutely no words to describe the passion from this veterinarian. My girl Sasha came here before the new ownership. The veterinarian that took over is just as compassionate as Dr. Plumb. He spends time with you explaining everything. He knows how much my girl means to me as well as Dr. Plumb knew. I would do anything in my power to try to save my dog even though I know that is not possible. I do miss the old staff. Please don't go by any of these negative reviews. These doctors are here to help and they will help you just like they are helping my Sasha❤ Thank you for everything. Update 3/12/21 I want to thank Dr. T and his staff for their support on one of my most difficult days. Today I said goodbye to my best friend. The bond Sasha and I shared since the day I met her in a high kill shelter in Connecticut has been a incredible gift. I can't thank you Dr. T enough for all of your dedication and time for Sasha. You never got to see her at her best. She was a true warrior up until the end. Sasha never left my side. Even last night coming home at 3am from work she struggled to get up and greet me at the door but she made it. You all made her final minutes with me a gift. Thank you.

I have been using this vet for over a year now and I absolutely love them. My poor rescue pup has had a lot of problems over the past year and this veterinary hospital has always been so amazing when it comes to taking care of him. The staff is attentive, sweet and caring. The doctor is very thorough and takes his time to make sure that we understand everything that he is diagnosing and what next steps are. They are so reasonably priced! I love that when I call in, everyone makes sure they are able to get us all the answers we need and we can get appointments relatively quickly, even with all of the covid protocols.nI seriously cannot recommend this hospital enough! Your pets are safe and well taken care of here!

Dr. plumb is a wonderful vet. Ever since she has retired this place COULD CARE LESS ABOUT IT'S PATIENTS!! MY CAT HAS BEEN A PATIENT THERE FOR YEARS. HE HAS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY AND NEEDS TO BE SEEN, I CALLED AND THE GIRL SAID, WE ONLY DO SURGERIES TODAY, WE WON'T SEE HIM, GO APPLY FOR CARE CREDIT OR ASK FOR A PAYMENT PLAN AND TAKE HIM TO A VET HOSPITAL.I TOLD HER I CAN'T AFFORD THOSE PLACES. SHE SAID IDK WHAT TO TELL YOU!! BASICALLY SAID LET HIM DIE BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH WE ARE HIS VET, WE DON'T CARE IF HE NEEDS MEDICAL CARE, THE VET CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO TAKE 10 MINUTES BETWEEN SURGIERIES TO SAVE HIS LIFE!! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE SINCE DR. PLUMB LEFT THE CARE AND CONCERN FOR ANIMALS HAS GONE DOWN HILL. UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH THESE PEOPLE!! IF MY CAT DIES I WILL FIND A WAY TO SUE THEM!!
