North Kingstown Animal Hospital

I have been with North Kingstown Animal Hospital for years and love the staff. They are always willing to give advice, if you call with any questions. I like that they ask you, if you want them to test your pet for anything and if you say no not this time, they don't make you feel like you should be doing this now. They are not pushy with their treatments or purchasing of items because everyone is on their own financial road. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I know a few people that also go there, and they've never had a complaint about them.

We have a 16 year old that North Kingstown Animal Hospital has taken care of for years! She is mouthy! They love her. I love how they put me at ease and her acceptance of them. It is as though she knows they are her medical team. I do not know how. Recently lots of changes in her health. I have had so many new things to do for her and they have been so patient with my constant calls as we have never had to do so much for her before. They are bending over backwards sideways for so many. Our little girl appears to be responding favorably. They are good to stay in touch and re-educate us even though so busy. We right now do not know what normal looks like for her and the changes whether all of them are for the good so thankful they are working with us to reassure us and see us through this extra managed care for her. They are a real answer to prayer for us.

10/23/20 Went to pickup life saving medicine that my PARALYZED dog takes 3 times a day! They said they couldn't fill the prescription without a checkup. Only problem is they didn't have an appointment until NOVEMBER. They were going to leave her without medication! When I INSISTED that they get the Vet to approve 2 weeks medicine to tide her over until then, the (famously rude manager) argued me with and sent me a text saying my account was CANCELLED because I had been rude in standing up for my dog's rights.nnI heard that they had really changed and the staff was very rude, I guess the rumours are true!

Cannot say enough good things about this hospital. I felt so bad when I could not go with my elder cat into hospital when she was feeling ill. But the assistants were WONDERFUL during this virus...their GREAT smiles and COMFORTING ways made me feel at ease as I handed my cat’s crate to them. The doctor spoke to me that day...very understanding And I could understand her , open to questions I had. Overall a GREAT PLACE ‼ufe0f
