The price was reasonable. The care was excellent. My dog was under the care of another facility that didn't diagnose her correctly, so the hour drive to OSVS was worth a proper diagnosis. Imaging equipment and board certified doctors are key to proper diagnosis and proper treatment.

I had to bring my cat here over this past weekend due to him eating a yellow lily. My cat had to stay there for a few days and we had a great experience with the doctors, techs, and reception. Everyone was extremely nice. The doctors always called with an update in a timely manner. The techs emailed me every morning with an update and a picture of my cat in hospital. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Although expensive (to be expected of ER), the price was not as bad as I had expected for two over nights there. Thank you OSVS staff for taking good care of my cat!

They saved our dog’s life. She was given state of the art care, loved, and treated like she was their own. We even received email updates with pictures. Our questions were answered openly, honestly, patiently, and without judgement. The phone answering system isn’t always the greatest and prices can be really high. We were given a detailed list of the costs. The staff is truly wonderful. They are caring, sympathetic, honest, and empathetic. The vet even called to follow up to see how our dog was doing and if she could answer any other questions. Highly recommend.

I trust these vets very much. I've taken my birds here and my dogs, they treated my diabetic dog with care and love and are amazing people. They also take good care of my birds and even remember them and interact with them as if they were close friends, even my mean bird trusts them and he takes a lot of work to gain trust.

Was told that they had an exotic pet doctor on duty so we drove an hour and a half for our pet that had a seizure . My daughter was upset and wanted to save her pet. As we arrived they took our pet right in. We stayed in parking lot for 4 hrs. Only to find out that the specialist was not even there. Then wanted to sedate the hedge hog to see if something was wrapped around its legs on outside . No my daughter opens him right up that we know is not the problem . My daughters a vet tech just not for exotic . The doctor says we want to keep her here for the day until the right vet can see her. Are they nuts ? If I wanted to wait until that afternoon I would not had to leave my state to drive all the way there then make us wait 4 hrs for what? By far the worst experience and to be truthful sounds like a money grab to me . Don’t recommend them to anyone until they change there policies and practices
