I have been going here for my floral needs for a few years now. Never disappointed. Well, Tuesday 3/3/2021, I ordered an arrangement online for my uncles funeral. I NEVER do that, I like to physically go to the shop. He called me wednesday, later in the day to let me know that he could not process the order. Due to Covid, supplies are tough. The funeral was the next day. I asked if he could do SOMETHING, and he assured me that he would. I walked in the funeral home, and there it was. A beautiful basket, filled with flowers. He probably stayed way past closing and perhaps didn't open on time the next day. He did what he had to to make a customer happy and I certainly was. Thank you

I usually order flowers from national suppliers but wanted a quality arrangement from a local florist. I should have paid closer attention to a very recent review and AVOIDED G. Iannotti. I ordered an arrangement pictured on their web site of a beautiful birthday cake arrangement. Although it cost more than I planned to spend, I wanted something special for a birthday gift. The arrangement that was delivered looked more like a kindergarten art project! I reached out to the business and have gotten no response in the past week. DO NOT trust this business! I have attached photos of the arrangement that was pictured and what was delivered. Notice that they even substituted birthday cake candles with a single large tapered candle. Terrible!

Labor Day weekend, Covid, and I needed flowers for my mother in law’s funeral. From the photo to the actual casket spray there was no difference. I explained what was essential for the alter pieces and let them do the rest. Finally my daughter picked an arrangement on line and ordered. The florist used the color scheme but made some changes. Forever grateful they did. A larger vase, and magnificent blooms. The service was great! I received compliments and thanks that are precious to me. Thank you for making this part of loss less confusing.

Do not order from this place! Yesterday I placed an order for an arrangement to be delivered today. I chose this specific arrangement because it had fall season flowers. The recipient sent me a picture of the arrangement this morning and it looks nothing like what I ordered.nnWhen I called to tell them how unhappy I was with the arrangement, he instantly started to blame COVID for the lack of flower deliveries to the shop (all the flowers are outsourced from different countries) and his “local distributor” had a poor selection. I know people who have placed floral arrangements during the COVID pandemic, and they all came out beautiful and very close to what they ordered. So lack of deliveries & selections is a poor excuse. He also said he tried to substitute the best he can. This arrangement was supposed to have different types and colors or flowers and all the recipient got was yellow & white flowers that are not even close to what the photo shows. When I asked him if all he had in his shop was white & yellow flowers, he replied, “Yes unfortunately” How is that possible?!nnWhile I understand there might be some substitutions this is unacceptable. If you can’t fulfill or come close to fulfilling an order you should notify the person who placed to order to either cancel or recommend a different arrangement. Please save your time & money and order somewhere else. So disappointed and will never order from this place again.

I want to say THANK YOU so much for the AMAZING flower arrangement that you created for our beautiful friend that is going through tough times right now. They put a big smile on her face and they are absolutely gorgeous!!!
