I turned to Sean Sauer to guide me through the awful process of a loved ones unexpected death. He virtually took my hand, steered the process, and made it so much less painful than it could have been. From preplanning to the actual passing of my Mom they were informative, compassionate, helpful, and stayed with us during a pandemic graveside funeral in freezing temperatures. I highly recommend them. My Mom said don’t take me anywhere else and we didn’t.
It has been over a year and even tho in the paperwork it says that my grandmothers death date would be put on her headstone and it still has not. It is not helping our family move on and have closure.nWe also had multiple issues with the death certificate including it saying she was buried in Dayton Ohio even tho Alspach-Gearhart drove the hearse to The cemetery in Van Wert, Ohio, also listed her fathers name incorrectly.nWhen I called today after almost a year the man laughed about our experience.nCompletely unprofessional.
This was the smoothest part during our difficult time thanks to Sean. He took care of everything. Very responsive to questions no matter the time of day or day of the week. Everything was beautiful for our mom/wife. Thank you for everything!
