I called for a same day delivery, forgetting about the time difference between OH and CA, and they were able to get my order set to be delivered by 5PM (EST). Phenomenal customer service, and the prices were great! Cheaper than I expected for same day delivery. Will order from this place again given the chance!

Sympathy flowers sent to friends house, but no one answered door. They went back 3 times to no avail. No further investigation was done , they had two phone numbers to use to inquire! If it wasn’t for my sister calling our friend we would never had known they were never delivered !Lost any future business with our family! A replacement was sent but not impressed with colors!
