our 7 year old cat showed signs of digestive issues. Angel staff returned our phone call with in 4 hours (pandemic) and arranged for our cat Fred to be seen under very safe conditions. A technician interviewed us twice to understand and document our concerns and a doctor spoke to us twice to ensure we understood the findings and potential issues. Excellent care. for both our Fred and us, two scared owners. Excellent care!
I sincerely appreciate the staff members and all that they do. They are very caring, professional and knowledgeable about animal care. The prices are also very reasonable especially for low income families. Team members are also very responsive, but due to high demand they may be back up on appointment dates. Thank you guys for working so hard especially during a pandemic. Thank you for helping keep our fur babies safe and healthy!
Very professional, helped me take care of my dog's very expensive surgery by offering income based help. My dog was very happy going there even after the surgery she was wagging her tail. I drove an hour and a half to get there one way and it was worth every mile. Thanks again.
This day was the saddest day of my life. Saying goodbye to my love was the hardest thing Ive ever had to do. The vet and techs were all amazing.
My terrier mix Franklin had a very bad time with season allergies this year. Dr. Fraychak was very thorough and showed real concern for his discomfort. The Dr. also informed me that Children's Chewable Benedryl was the likely cause for his vomiting. The team is excellent both on the phone and in person. So glad to have them give Franklin such good care.
