The employees are all very nice and super helpful. Have really good varieties of harnesses and leashes, but never seem to have any bags of my dog's brand of food in stock..I would rather buy from them, but end up going to Petco because they always seem to have it..

The cashier was extremely nice but when I asked about someone helping me find an item they blew me off and some other customers as well. You need to train you staff to be more accommodating. I have been in other pet stores in the same area and their staff is always willing to help. If you need help finding something or assistance at all find another store !!!!

Amazing job by Lisa in Grooming, she is the best! Anyone who has a difficult Chiweenie, she is your person! Did a wonderful job on my Charlie’s Nails.

I brought my 9 month old puppy to be groomed. When I went to pick her up she had had a bath and they shaved her because she had a few mats. I understand that. They did not cut and trim her head and did not cut her nails. She said she got bitey. Ok I understand that. I said, what am I getting charged for and she said nothing that I couldn’t do and your bill is at the register. When I went up to the register they charged me $68.00. For a job half done she is a 13 lb dog! The two girls that were working there were not very nice. And I don’t think they were very nice to my puppy either, I will Never bRing my puppy there again! They were not professional and were rude ! I brought my dog to another groomer and this girl had no trouble trimming her head and cutting her nails! I am very disappointed and will never recommend PetSmart to anyone!!!!!!!
