Great experience dealing with this florist. I needed to send a funeral arrangement this week for my family member's funeral there and I live in Florida. Extremely helpful on phone and when I arrived at the funeral today the ordered arrangement was beautiful. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

First time visiting Kircher's Flowers today and was very disappointed, very rude! Maybe because it was end of the day not sure but will not be going back.

Been a customer for over 40 years at defiance and Paulding, for them to cancel happy hour in my FACE because of MOTHERs day was very disrespectful of customers, no warning, NOTHING, I brought my granddaughter in to pick something for her mom, and we had to leave after being told loudly that happy hour was cancelled, I've spent hundreds,.maybe thousands, between funeral casket sprays and birth of babies ,birthdays, grave blankets, and believe me, I won't be BACK !!!!
