East Valley Veterinary Clinic

My dog needed some non-emergency, but definitely necessary surgery. The receptionist and staff were very friendly and understanding. They were not as expensive as other places we could have gone, but somewhat medium range when it comes to fees. They also were able to lump some of our appointment needs (vaccines) so that was nice. Overall very good service and professionalism.

Just moved here and took my dog to East Valley Vet to update her vaccines. They were really polite on the phone and I was able to set up an appointment only about a week out. They aren't letting guests into the building with their pets which I was a little nervous about because it seemed like it'd be scary for my dog. The people at East Valley were really nice and talked to me on the phone while they were giving my dog her checkup. All in all I was pleasantly surprised by how good the communication was even though I had to sit in the car the whole time and I thought their prices were really reasonable.

I was just in love with how much the staff loved my cats. They treated them so well and made sure to tell me how great of an experience it was for both the cats and the staff. :) I’m so happy that they cared for my babies and didn’t scare them. When we got home, I was shocked at how calm my cats were. I’ve never had a vet ask me so many in depth questions before giving me answers. I feel like this was the first place who took the time to address my cats needs and not just be assumptive. I’m really excited that we’ve found this place.

I've been taking my city kitty, Lt. Dan, to East Valley Vet for about 5 years now. When I adopted my pup, Cricket, 3 years ago, I knew I already had the perfect vet to introduce her to. The entire staff makes me feel welcome and appointments are very timely and insightful. I feel like they really care about my animals by the professionalism and knowledge of the doctors and technicians. I highly recommend East Valley Veterinary. Five stars!

Dr. Sophie Charlton is so patient and kind. She really took the time to listen to my concerns about my cat and address them clearly and honestly. She also provided me with a lot of extra resources to help me understand my cat’s condition. The techs are also really kind and compassionate.
