I have been purchasing floral arrangements for over 35 years. I usually send to friends and family for various occasions at least twice a month.nI decided to change it up and try a new florist. I called Novello's and spoke to a wonderful customer service representative named Denise. She spent a significant amount of time with me. The first two arrangements that were sent were beautiful and very classy. The recipients were so thankful and happy. I just want to add the arrangements lasted almost two weeks as reported by my family. Thank you Denise and Novello's Florist.
