Timeless Moments

My aunt had rosaries made for my sister, mom, and myself after my dads funeral as well as additional beads for family members.The beads are absolutely beautiful; each one is unique and they actually smell like flowers.nnI recently had another family member pass away unexpectedly and shared the information with their family. I know it will be a beautiful way for them to remember their loved one.nnThank you for this wonderful way to remember my dad. Your gift is something I will cherish for the rest of my life.

After our wedding we were trying to decide between two flower preservation places, we ended up choosing Timeless Moments. I gave it two stars because the finished product was fine, but dealing with the company was terrible. We had an April wedding and at the time when we selected to go with Timeless Moments, the website said it would take 16-20 weeks on average to completion. We sent all of the materials in to them on time so we expected sometime around September to be getting the finished product, but at times it became very difficult to get a hold of them. When we finally did, the date kept getting pushed further and further back. We were told to expect it to be done around December, or New Years, then maybe February or March- which would be approaching a year since we had gotten married. We didn't mind being patient but a bigger concern I had was the website specifically said the average expected completion time was 16-20 weeks. She said we should have just gone by the papers she sent (I believe they were sent after we had already reserved with her .) Despite this I asked if the website would be changed as the completion time was deceptive to new customers but she felt it didn't matter the website was incorrect. As of 14 months after our wedding the website was STILL listing the incorrect time. Although I'm sure it's been changed by now, I find it very disheartening that she had no concern, and took no action to change the website which she admitted was giving an incorrect completion time. In the end after a lot of back and forth we ended up getting our flowers back in January. (I think close to the end of January) Lastly we had explained that as we were moving around this time it would be very difficult to get packages past December. She was very dismissive of this being a problem and said it was no big deal she could ship it to one of our parents houses. I explained that wouldn't help us as we didn't live close to our parents we'd have to pay to have them ship it to us. Although in the beginning she was very nice, and the end product turned out fine, I would not recommend this company at all. The whole process was very aggravating and wasted a lot of time.

I love the pieces that I had made from the flowers from my mother's funeral. The bracelets have a charm that can be removed and placed on a necklace to offer me more options for wearing. The colors turned out beautifully on all 3 pieces. Thank you for helping create a remembrance of a mother and grandmother.
