Had a situation on Valentine's day. Wasn't happy at all with my arrangement that I paid 65$ for, got a refund. But the owner took care of the problem and did a wonderful job. To be honest it's probably one of the nicest arrangements I've ever had. So thank you for rectifying the negative into a positive. I will be back and suggest you support this company and wonderful small business. Thanks again,made my girl's day.
Wish I could give them more stars!!! Marcie was just awesome, she helped my daughter and I make some beautiful bouquets. My four year old and I went in today, not only was she extremely nice and patient with us both, but they have some amazing flowers and some really cute decorations. ud83dudc95 We will be getting all of our flowers from them now! I highly recommend Sunshine Flowers in Parma Heights, OH! Marcie and her staff went above and beyond in making my Mom's floral arrangement a nice memory for her (a dozen long stem yellow roses - her favorite!). I no longer live in the area and came upon her shop in my search a week or so ago on GOOGLE. I will definitely continue to use their services when I need flowers in the area. I am so impressed by this shop. I called and asked for a sympathy arrangement that would make our grieving grandma smile. They simply asked for my budget and created the most beautiful arrangement ever. I was helped by Hannah, who was so attentive, patient, kind and professional. I felt her passion, even over the phone! She even sent me a photo of the bouquet so I knew what was being delivered. Needless to say, the flowers were stunning and loved by the recipient. This shop absolutely has a customer for life!
The florists here are so kind and help you get everything you need! The place has a good variety of flowers to choose from! I’d recommend this lovely little place! :)
