Wow what an amazing experience!!! Craziest of stories, but I had to help a co-worker get birthday flowers and a cake to his girlfriend for her birthday while he was healing from a broken neck. I thought who am I going to find on a Sunday ?!? And guess what, not only did she answer my calls on a Saturday night but she texted me and worked hard on this on a Sunday! Even went to Giant Eagle to grab the cake for me! The customer service was absolutely unparalleled! What a blessing and a beautiful bouquet all in the same day !! Give her a chance and support this local business!

I had ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law for Valentine's Day, 2019. After an initial misunderstanding, Theresa (the owner) took over and did everything in her power to make the situation right. The flowers she PERSONALLY delivered were truly beautiful. My daughter-in-law was thrilled. I am gratified that there still are businesses that are concerned with customer satisfaction. I highly recommend.
The website is beautiful, makes you feel comfortable. But every thing after I placed my order was a stressful experience for me. 1st of all THERES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! None! Just a cell phone that rings a few times before sending you to a voicemail. You can leave a message but they won’t return your call. I ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine’s Day 2018 I placed the order over 36 hours in advance. I never got an email confirmation, but I saw the $77 debited from my account so I assumed all was well. They finally did deliver my order to my wife’s job (that’s why they get 2 stars instead of 1) but BEWARE!!! Order will look nothing like the picture! The height/width measurements are totally inaccurate. And the vase advertised was not what was received. The picture showed 12+ roses which I thought was accurate seeing as how if you upgrade the picture gets bigger and better, suggesting that’s what you will receive... wrong! So poor costumer service (no existent costumer service) and false advertising earned a 2 ⭐ufe0f review.
