My best friends family went here after they had tragic losses, and they were being rude. They had no interest in showing the family remorse. The day of the funeral they told us we had to leave at this time an couldn’t stay longer to finish saying our goodbyes. They were reminding us over and over that we had to leave. I wouldn’t recommend them because they don’t show a sign of remorse as your going through the funeral process.
As a Zanesville native having relocated many years ago, I am proud to see progress and the quality of a Zanesville african american family owned business.nIt has been my experience with Burrell's to see my deceased loved ones preserved with professional, caring, and life-like effort used consistently in appearance preservation of my deceased loved ones.
They were so disrespectful to my family. I’ll never go there again, and I definitely don’t recommend anyone else to go there.
They made the whole process of my daughter's funeral and cremation so much easier than we expected planning to be. They made themselves available at any time and were very thorough and prompt with responses to questions. In the unfortunate event that one needs their services, my family and I highly recommend Burrell. Thank you so much.
Robbie and his staff are fantastic. They were understanding in the preplanning process for my father. When he died, the staff was prompt in coming to the house. They let us have plenty of time before they took the body. Once the day came for the service, they did a great job with the showing.nnMy family and I will always be thankful for the help and compassion that was shown during our most difficult time.
