I received my bouquet. When I called the person that sent me the flowers to thank them. They asked me to send them a picture of the flower bouquet I received. They asked if something happen to the bouquet and stated not that I'm aware of... They sent me an image of the advertised bouquet. I was disappointed to see the difference ($70.00). Then I looked up the florist that arranged the bouquet, and I was surprised to see they had five star reviews online. Maybe it was just a bad day at the shop.
The flowers that my daughter sent me 2 weeks ago still look beautiful and I decided to write a quick review to compliment Exotica's great job. I have a sister in the floral business and appreciate high quality, freshness and talented arrangement. The delivery was also polite and covid conscious. I was really surprised to see the previous review and photo. I would recommend the shoppe owner review what happen there. My experience was very good.
I walked in to purchase a bouquet of flowers for my freinds birthday . The lady that waited on me was very professional . She customized an awesome arrangement which was so beautiful !I will definitely be returning there when i need flowers for an occasion! Thanks for the great service.!
