I’ve never had such horrible experiences than at this place. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it has been a complete waste of time and money; not to mention the staff is so rude, unorganized, unprofessional, and could care less about any concerns. I could only imagine how they treat the animals because suddenly my dog has severe anxiety just walking in. I’d give zero stars if possible!
The staff showed princess a lot of love. I need to get her to the vet asap and I was given an appointment right away and the doctors knew automatically what was wrong she was treated and in 3 days she was getting back to herself.

Please do not use this Vet Office. Had an appointment scheduled 2 months in advance for an in-office appointment for my Belgian Malinois. Because of COVID I figured I’d give them some time to set up safety protocols. I refuse to ever drop her off as she can be a little bit testy with strangers, so I made sure this was an in office appointment. Banfield Greenburgh (white plains) decided to call me the day before, asked what time I planned on dropping her off, and when I seemed confused, they said “they weren’t doing in office appointments right now, so that’s not an option.” No sorry or accommodations made, just figure it out on your own buddy.nnFast forward 2 days later, I call the banfield in Norwalk, CT. Not only do they apologize for the customer service I was given at white plains, but they book me an in office appointment within a weeks time. If you have to chose between the two, drive a little farther to CT.nnAdd this to the list of terrible reviews on this place
