It's never pleasant taking your animal to the ER but this place deserves more than 5 stars! Always responsive, caring and professional. They always seem calm even when the place is so busy! Their new location is very big and spacious too. I highly recommend them! Ps. Dr Germain handled my Smokey the other night and she was very caring!
Dr. DeLucci was absolutely exceptional. We had to bring one of our chichi mixes there a few weeks ago, she examined him and was just so gentle, caring, and knowledgeable. Such a great professional manner. Unfortunately, last night we had to put him down and she remembered us and was so kind and patient with us. Thank you!
My daughter has to rush our dog here because he has blood all over his face , only to lean he was scratching a hotspot that we were not aware he had. I’m an so satisfied with this place. Everyone was helpful and so caring. I really recommend it to anyone. They get a 5 star ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f For being so awesome !
Woke up Sunday, March 14th to my senior cat breathing heavy and had a crooked neck. I called and they told me to bring her in. Unfortunately because of several health issues, I had to put her down. The staff was extremely nice and supportive and I'm so thankful they let me spend time with her and hold her while I said my final goodbye. Also got a follow up call on Wednesday to see how I was doing. I thought that was so nice and I'm very touched. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a pet emergency.
This is my 2nd time having to go to vet emergency and both times were great. The staff is responsive and works with you through the process. Most helpful in all after hours situations when your pet needs medical attention right now.. Really appreciated the staffs help and the doctors calling you to keep you updated.
